The Restaurant

A kitchen that celebrates local flavour

Our chef cooks with what the season offers — fresh vegetables, local meats, river fish, and fruit from nearby farms. Breakfast is served from 6:30am, lunch from noon, and dinner from 6:30pm until 10pm.

Guests can charge meals directly to their room. Walk-ins are welcome, but for dinner we recommend reserving a table in advance.
